We leverage Notion as our command center. It seamlessly integrates our notes, projects, and databases, creating a single source of truth for all our work. We use a project management template to store most relevant information

For longer documents we use Google Docs and for the very first basic approach to project management we use Google Sheets

Both help with a wide range of tasks, from crafting engaging blog posts and podcast scripts to generating visual prompts and designing community-building strategies. It’s been invaluable for brainstorming ideas, creating concise texts, drafting LinkedIn content, and even summarizing brand attributes. Free versions so far.

WordPress‘s vast plugin library empowers us to tailor each community to unique needs, fostering dynamic and robust platforms. There’s a learning curve, but is relatively smooth and there’s a bunch of AI help to hold your hand.

Jellypod lets us effortlessly generate unique podcast episodes from the ground up, transforming ideas into engaging audio content. We feed some information and from there let it do its thing. It allows for editing the script.

NotebookLM creates amazing human-like podcasts, with 2 hosts going back and forth on their own about whatever topics we feed them.
